We have now completed version 8.7 and have entered the first test phase.

We expect to release this version the 15th of September and once again, you really have something to look forward to, as 8.7 is filled with new functionality as well as improvements to existing functionality.

Below is a short summary of some of the improvements included.

- Performance improvements of document search in Visual Quality Web Access for large quality systems (+1000 valid documents). From >2 minutes to <5 seconds
- Priority for news in Web Access.
- Possibility to approve multiple documents at the same time.
- Support for creating and renaming folders in Web Access.
- Document references in Web Access.
- Support for external SMTP server.
- Maintenance of news in Web Access.
- Additional views for approved documents: Documents which become valid in 1,2,3,...,14 days
- Search for handbook documents in Web Access.
- VQ Office Word Template allows you to insert document data from Visual Quality in Word documents.
- Support for marking document actions as completed.
- and much more.

Will you update the demo web site to 8.7 before the 15th so that we can get a preview of the version?
