Visual Quality - Integration with Microsoft Word

Visual Quality is the Windows (or Desktop) program in the Visual Quality Enterprise product suite. This program primarily targets users who maintain the quality management system, i.e. create document, approve, create registration forms and databases, build registration workflows, create and maintain handbooks, users, security and more.

Visual Quality - Integration with Microsoft Word

Visual Quality offers a unique integration with Office Word. You can create Visual Quality specific Word templates which contain functionality (by the use of VBA macros) which allows you to insert document data (e.g. fields and lists) from Visual Quality in Word documents. This data is automatically updated in the Word documents whenever the data changes in Visual Quality. For instance, when a draft document is approved the field Status changes automatically in the Word document attached to the document in Visual Quality.
