| Having Visual Quality Enterprise
manage and monitor your quality management system means
that you don't have to remember specific dates or
actions to take. Visual Quality Alert Service continuously monitors the entire system and alerts: - approvers of a document or registration folder when it has been sent to approval - the system approver for a document when it is ready for system approval - readers of a document when a new version of the document becomes valid (Required reading) - the author of a document when a user adds a comment to the document - the approver at a workflow step when a registration is submitted and sent to approval - the responsible user for a document action at the reminder date and time specified for the action. |

| The WYSIWYG HTML editor gives you basic and advanced styling and all you need for creating documents and registration forms. Features include images and videos, tables, external content and links and of course the possibilty to insert registrations fields. Further the editor has html source view, which can come in handy for skilled html developers. You can even paste in the html source code from other editors. | All business logic is separated out into a set of APIs, which is used by both Visual Quality and Visual Quality Web Access. These APIs can be used by other programs as well, so if you wish to integrate with Visual Quality from your favorite ERP system (like Dynamics AX or NAV), fetch Visual Quality data and show them in for instance MS Word or Excel, just go ahead - it's easy! |

Each registration folder shown in Visual Quality Web Access shows links to all the registration lists/views (registrations that await my approval, completed registrations, etc.) that the user has access to.
Further, all registration lists can be customised to suit the user’s needs, for instance you can select which registration fields should be in the lists along with their order and width. You can also enable grouping of fields, column header resizing and reordering, specify alternate row colors plus more. |
