Search attached documents on Windows 2012 Server

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 08/01/2013(UTC) Posts: 13		Hi We have moved our VQ server to a Windows 2012 Server machine, and everything works as expected. Except, the document search does not work in VQ Web Access. We get an error message box when doing a search. Is there a way to fix/avoid this issue? thanks Merry Xmas! /Zheng

The next version of VQE (8.6) will use Windows Search rather than indexing services. This is much faster and comes with OS, and it doesn't require you to set up catalogs and other stuff as you would with indexing services. Happy New Year! //Admin
