The Master does not show the correct colors in the Outlook panel and in the menu bar when running on Windows 2008 Server. On Windows 7 the theme contains the correct orange/blue colors but on Window 2008 Server the colors are a mix of brown and blue.

Being a server operating system, Windows 2008 Server has its own set of themes which are different from the ones used by for instance Windows 7. Hence when used on a desktop/client machine or in a Citrix environment you will need to enable Windows 7 theming. To do this follow the steps in these two articles:
